"Dealing with Ocean County H/D was a great experience. Ron said he would make me happy with pricing and he did. Howie was the best salesmen I every worked with. (I am 57 Plumbing contractor for 30 years and bought a lot of new vehicles and H/Ds through the years so I know sales people.)He knows Harley-Davidson and people. Parts and Service awesome too.Really like that 100 hp club. Soon as I get money together I will be a member.( Thanks Pat ) Met a lot of people that Friday . Liked all of you. "Came in on a whim, wasn't looking at a Harley for my first bike. Chris approached me & my husband and was very friendly. No pressure, answered all of our questions, gave us great info. We both wound up taking the Riders Egde course at the dealership and subsequently purchased two brand new bikes. Everyone we dealt with was amazingly helpful during the entire process and they really go above & beyond to make the experience amazing. Everyone at this dealership makes you feel welcome, and I can't say the same for other dealerships we've visited. "I finally bought a new bike from your store, it was a road glide ultra. beautiful bike. the sales man chris was excellent and very helpful, also very knowledgeable about this bike. I met all the people, jason in finance, mark in parts, nancy in service, susie and samantha in clothing. this made my experience just a pleasure. However I didnt ride too much cause the bike was too heavy and i was leary of it. I called chris and he said bring the bike in and I did and after talking to him I test rode a dyna wide glide and liked it very much. I have been riding for 30 years and really enjoy it so now with my wide glide I can ride comfortable again. "Best guys around, very helpful, will go as far as they can go to get what you want even if they have to send you to another place to please you can't beat that. Great staff wouldn't go any place else.you can stop in anytime just to hang out or talk with someone, never a problem ,oh and the girls are helpful to, clothes boots helmets, go talk to them there great. "I met Chris Landi on a Sunday morning at the dealership after a jogging at Brick Reservoir. I stopped in on my way home as part of my new years resolution to want a ride. Chris heard what I had to say, the amount I had to spend, the fact that I was looking for used, and then looked me up and down. He lead me into the shop and showed me a bike he had just taken in the day before. Through the doors was a sea of dark colored bikes and out in front was this teal blue softail deuce. Between him and Ron they worked their magic and put me on this ride for less. They worked with me for a week and a half keeping the faith while I pulled together the money, and arranged for buddy to trailer it home. Chris also introduced me to Desiree for the riders edge training which I asked about because The last time I was on a bike was 1986. So I would like to say Aces to to this great marketing team and a new friendship.Thanks again,

"A Buddy of mine told me that he bought a bike at Ocean County HD and that it was the most easiest deal he's done in a long time. I told him that I bought 2 bikes at another dealership and that I was having problems selling my old Soft-Tail cause of the extra's Ive put into it. The otherplace I was trying to deal with did not really try to help me out ( Owner ) after a number of trips there. So I went to Ocean County and walked in. Let me tell you that they treated me like I was a friend, and did everything they could and more to make the deal. Plus, they had the bike I wanted on the floor. I guess it was right place at the right time. From the Salesman, Manager, Parts guys, Service Guys to the guy who came to my house to pickup my trade-in, all good people. That made me feel good. So now, I am the owner of a 2014 Street Glide Special FLHXS thanks to the Great Service at Ocean County Harley Davidson in Lakewood.

"I just traded in my 2006 Soft tail Night Train for a 2014 Street Glide Special. I needed to move up in class for a better ride and this dealership and its sales dept made it very easy to do so. It also helps alot when you walk in and the bikes there on the showroom floor. Not like others that say oh we can get yours in quick, just a couple of weeks. Here, they just ask which color. Howie the sales rep was outstanding in answering all the questions I had and helping me get the deal done. The Parts dept was great as well. Justin in parts help me get all the extras I wanted, and answered all of my 100 questions I had. Overall this dealership was outstanding in helping me purchase my new machine for Fathers Day. "As you walk through the front doors you feel comfortable, I met with my salesman Howie, explained to him what bikes I was interested in and he took the time to show me the pros and cons of each bike. I felt no pressure to purchase one or the other. After careful consideration I decided on a 2014 ultra limited. Howie worked really hard for me and I got a great deal. If you want honesty, someone that is genuine that's what you get with Howie. My next step I met with Jason, the finance manager, he also took the time walked me through all the steps needed with no pressure on the finance process, walked me through all the paperwork contacted the insurance company and I was on my way. Than I met Noreen the general manager, great lady, congratulated me with a big smile and hug. You can't ask for anything better than this. Each and every employee there had a smile and something nice to say as you walked through the dealership. What a difference from when I purchased my first Harley many years ago.
